Australian by birth, American by choice.

I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, and spent most of my childhood soaking up the sun and playing in the surf. My family decided to make the leap and we moved to the one and the only Lone Star State of TX.

I’ve worked in the B2B SAAS Industry for 6 years, working my way up from a customer service agent to a Speaker (both locally and nationally), and as a consultant teaching others how they can better maintain a connection with their past customer and inspire loyalty and repeat business through the appreciation mindset.

Through my time consulting and speaking, I was able to connect with our users and discover the issues that they were facing, and by gathering feedback we were able to discuss possible solutions. I would curate solutions to present our developers/owners and would work together to implement improvements. After this happened countless times, the developers mentioned that I should take a look at UX design, as they felt I might have an eye for it.

In 2021 I took the leap and moved to Denver, CO, and worked to received my certification from General Assembly in User Experience design where I was able to learn and refine my skills in both design practice and theory.

When I am not designing I love to cozy up with a good book, connect and play video games with my friends, experiment in the kitchen, or explore new locations.
